Nationwide Commercial General Contracting & Build-Outs

InService Firm is a commercial general contractor that connects the work before groundbreaking with the finished space. We coordinate planning, blueprints, budgets, permits, construction, HVAC, inspections and closeout through one point of contact.

What is General Contracting?

A commercial general contractor connects the owner’s plans with the work on site. InService Firm manages commercial construction and restaurant build-outs from its Edmond, Oklahoma base, with project coordination available across the United States.

For a new commercial building, the work starts with site conditions, drawings, scope, budget and permit coordination. For a tenant improvement or restaurant build-out, it also means understanding the existing space, landlord requirements, equipment layout, utilities and the intended opening date.

We coordinate the construction schedule, trade interfaces, materials, inspections and closeout. If drawings or approvals are still underway, our preconstruction planning and permit coordination services help connect those early decisions to an executable scope. Mechanical requirements are considered alongside our commercial HVAC coordination.

Why Choose Us

End-to-End Management

We oversee every project phase from start to finish, providing a single point of accountability for your entire commercial build.

Commercial & Restaurant Build-Outs

Connect floor plans, equipment layouts, utilities and landlord requirements with the work needed to prepare a commercial space for use.

Trade & Schedule Coordination

Coordinate construction trades, material deliveries and inspection milestones around the approved scope and the conditions on site.

Scope & Change Tracking

Review proposed changes against the budget and construction schedule so owners can make informed decisions before additional work proceeds.

Your Project, From Concept to Completion

Preconstruction, drawings and approvals

Review the site or existing premises, define what is included in the build and connect drawings to the budget. Identify permit submissions, outstanding design decisions and materials that need an early order before setting a construction start date.

Trade scheduling and change coordination

Sequence site work, construction and mechanical work so each trade can complete its part. Record changes to the scope and discuss their cost and schedule effects before proceeding. Inspection milestones are considered alongside the construction programme.

Restaurant and commercial space handover

A restaurant build-out must connect the layout, equipment, utility needs and ventilation to the operating space. Closeout includes punch-list coordination, final inspections and the required approvals for the intended use. Approval timing depends on the project and the relevant authority.

Starting a project outside Oklahoma

Send the city and state, project type, available drawings, estimated scope and target opening date. We can review the local coordination needed for a nationwide commercial project.
